There were only 3 with Avera. I have completed 65 novels I wrote all the prose in myself, which includes all the Chaney books. Chaney is involved in the plotting but I write the entire book myself. I also wrote all the prose in the Avera trilogy Mech Force. Drew Avera did the plotting. The 6 books Holden did and the 3 Kern did were from my plot outlines but they wrote all the prose.

Hello Rick,
Just getting into drop troopers and gauging where to go from there. — I’m having trouble finding a straight explanation of which if any of your other series have a shared universe and which are totally unrelated. Can you direct me somewhere in which that is laid out if there is any shared universe continuity between series? I’m really interested in getting some additional angles of conflict apart from the drop troopers themselves and thought maybe some of your other series might be perfect for that, but couldn’t determine based on a wiki or anything which were connected.

Space Hunter
and lastly, for the moment, Psi War.
None of the other series I’ve written or collaborated in are connected either to the Birthright universe or any other universe besides themselves.

Hi Rick! I just started the Holy War series and I’m curious if, somewhere, you have a timeline of when these connected series occurred in relation to each other? It seems like Holy War took place long before Drop Trooper, but it would be interesting to see how they all intertwine.

Hi Rick, will Drop Trooper finish any time soon? I am a fan and just finished book 14 but am really ready for Cam and Vicky’s story to end.
We have lost so many interesting characters over the course of the series (including book 14) and the current batch other than Cam and Vick have become stale and boring.
As general feedback these huge book series are becoming a turn off, I currently also have two others on the go one of which I am going to ditch as I really want to read something else that I can pick up and finish in one to three books and move on. I dislike having multiple books, TV shows etc. running simultaneously and not knowing when they are going to end.

No, it’s not ending anytime soon. However, it will be soon meeting up with the characters from Recon and Birthright.

The Drop Trooper series is in the same universe as Birthright, Recon, Acheron, Space Hunter and Pirate Wars. The characters from Birthright, Recon, and Acheron all came together in the Psi War trilogy. When Drop Trooper will intersect with them will be after the events of Psi War.

Will the intersection be book 16 of Drop Trooper or will there be another intervening one?
Just finished book 15 which was good and Chang was in it but now very much looking forward to Vicky and especially Cam returning to the post Psi Wars stuff.
